Went to the Tesco shop that was listed and was told the item was too big.

Attended at my local Collect+ store at the Esso Filling Station in Stonehouse With empty BeerHawk kegs only to be met with the most abrupt staff member I’ve ever encountered.Firstly I was told “we’re no supposed to take these” despite the return being arranged with collect+ and this branch being the closest to me.Much to her disgust at having to do some work, she grabbed the parcel from me only to be shouted at and told “you’ve no put a label on it”. This is when I produced my phone with the barcode to print in store and told “this is beyond a joke, and shouldn’t be happening”So various huffs, puffs, ignorance she done the job that she should’ve done and then gave me the “right there you go, that’s your receipt” I’m intrigued to find out what happens next. If she has an issue with the process then maybe get in contact with collect+ to remove their capacity to deal with this situation.

Used the Texaco garage Walsgrave to return parcels man who served me very rude. He said if I don’t bring parcels before 9 he won’t take them, threw the receipts at me and I said I would complain said he didn’t care. I’m gobsmacked!

I used to have reasonably local drop off locations, and using them was effortless. Having moved the two local drop offs are terrible. One refused to print labels despite saying they print, then refused to take the parcel at all once printed - BP The Smithy, Main Rd, Alvington, Lydney GL15 6BE - terrible service rude staff. Drove to the next closest as found on the website, to find they've stopped doing collect dude to so many lost parcels. Ended up getting a refund and used Hermes. Absolute rubbish service now, the average review ratings are likely held up by previous good service. It’s not now!!!!!! Will not use again.

Two parcels scheduled for delivery on 23d December. All day they showed as out for delivery but not a problem as the store they were to be delivered to was open until midnight and they could always be collected on 24th. Wrong! Late in the evening the tracking updated saying delivery had been attempted and failed that morning. Called Collect+ the following morning, Nadia couldn't see why the delivery failed but she would escalate to the depot and call me back. Of course she didn't. Tracking updated saying the parcels would be delivered on 30th. I wasn't very pleased but accepted that. On the 30th there was no change to the tracking to indicate that the parcels were on their way so I called Collect+ again. Eventually they managed to tell me that the parcels had been delivered on the 23rd but they had not been scanned so nothing had updated. If only someone had done as they said on the 23rd my grandsons could have had their presents for Christmas. I am just so disappointed.

Quick delivery time and easy to drop off at my local newsagent

It couldn't have been more straightforward. Went to the outlet concerned. Handed over the bag. The man behind the counter scanned it and gave me a receipt and i walked out. Simple.

Nothing overly complex, went on line to find local stores, there was a garage nearby, went in. Was all labelled up and just expected to hand over, however the guy behind the counter said they did not accept parcels that were returns! How bizarre. Nothing on web site to suggest there was a difference. Had to travel another mile or two to find another shop and handed in no bother.
